 Ben was so helpful throughout the whole process. We bought our previous house 10 years ago, and had never sold a house before, so Ben did a great job educating us and walking through each phase of buying and selling. We didn't need to sell our house, but were curious about how much equity we had and if that would allow us to move to a specific neighborhood. He was helpful in giving us a price range that would help us sell for top dollar, and provided a list of things buyers would be looking for that we could easily improve before listing. The photographer he uses did a great job. Our house was listed on Thursday and after open houses on Saturday and Sunday, we were looking at four offers by Monday night! He helped us sort through the offers and accept the right one. It was a good thing he sold it so quickly because he had also helped us find the perfect home to buy. He is always a good mediator in the negotiations because he will let you know what's fair on either side. If you start asking for the moon from buyers or sellers, he will be honest and let you know if it's too much, which is so helpful! Great negotiator, teacher, and realtor! The delicious house warming cinnamon rolls were pretty good, too!
